Single father Patrick Hutton and his daughter Solana moved out of their West Philly row home two years ago, but they can't move on until they find a buyer. Patrick tried unsuccessfully to fix the home himself, and then employed a revolving door of contractors that promised--but failed--to draw the eyes of potential buyers.
