Tubb is building a toy house in the bathroom, but he doesn't want to follow the instructions. Wishing he could build it his way, Tubb is delighted to find himself on a building site in charge of the Rubbadubbers building team. Now he can build a house however he likes. But Tubb quickly discovers building a house is not as easy as it looks.
