Paediatrician Dr Michelle Telfer has one of the most controversial jobs in medicine in Australia. As head of the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne's (RCH) Gender Clinic, she's responsible for overseeing the treatment of hundreds of trans children and teenagers who come through the doors.
